We don't know the series on this note since it's missing all the overprints, but I can say it is from an earlier series since it has a wide back design. A serial #31011171 has been added in red pencil, no doubt by a BEP worker. Very nicely centered but no embossing (because there are no overprints!). Rare and unusual.
