A common star in the lower grades, but quite elusive in Ch. CU or better. Only 12 star examples claim to be better, but of those only 6 carry the PPQ or EPQ rating from PMG or PCGS. A slight leftward shift has cost this note a point or possibly two, since the registration is above average. A net graded PMG 64 just sold early this year for over $1,800.
