Here is a wonderful serial #1 $10 Brown Back that is signed by R. Roache and N.L. Rice. This is the 'B' position example and both the other $10s and the $20 from the #1 sheet are known as well. There are many First Charters known on the bank as well as 13 Brown Backs, which includes a #1 $5 Brown Back.
