Fr. 1924-C $1 1999 Philadelphia C-C Printed Fold Over
Grade: PCGS XF 40
There is a lot going on with this printed fold. Somehow, before the third printing, the left third of the note was folded under and then part of that portion was unfolded so that the top left corner protruded out far enough to receive a small part of the seal. It remained that way through the trimming process. This was one busy piece of paper.
