This is a tremendous New Jersey town and one of the best possible locations. Notes from these towns along the Jersey shoreline are very rare. In fact there are only seven large notes reported on this bank. This lovely example has excellent stamped signatures and there is only one of the two Brown Backs known that is a higher grade. This note was on eBay in 2008 at $11,111.11 and now it's for sale here.
