REPLACEMENT; only seven reported replacements in the MPC catalog and this piece with serial number #E00104507 is not included. Highest denomination of series. "Ceres" engraved by G.E.C Smillie (used on the back of the 1922 Government of the Philippine Islands thirty year gold loan and the Series 661 10 Dollars. "Justice" by Marcus W. Baldwin on back. PMG terms this "VF 25 NET small splits"; one of only three examples listed on the population report and missing from the vast majority of MPC collections we have ever offered.
