The Schwartz/Lindquist reference indicates that the Blue Seal with FC #307 is rarer than the yellow seal by a ratio of 30:1. I can believe it, as I can't recall the last time we offered one of these. The note is fully original with a light fold down the middle that doesn't break the paper. The back is centered very high, but the front is nice.
