This short series is normally seen from the New York and Chicago districts and only occasionally from Cleveland. Notes from the Richmond district are down right rare. Our cataloguer found one of the very first examples at a small Maryland coin show over 20 years ago, and to date there still are probably not more than a dozen or so notes known. This one has some soiling and a back that has a slight bluish tint, but there simply are not enough of these for every 1928 Series FRN collector to have one.
