We know of no 1928 or 1934 FRNs with full up or full down serial numbers, making this wonderful piece amongst the earliest known full ladder FRN specimen. While series 1974 through 2013 ladder notes will keep showing up in the future, we would suggest that it will be a very long time before you see another 1950s era ladder note. This rarity is one of a handful of full up ladders we have ever seen for all denominations $5 - $100 from the 1950 to 1950E Series. Once this piece is sold, there simply is no way to replace it.
