October 15, 1860. No. 7045. 785 G2a. National Bank Note Company. Woman and child with cattle and ducks, center. State die at left and girl, right. Ornate red bordering design, counters and protector. Great paper body remains and just a few minor edge tears and small hole at the lower left. A rare bank in any form and the most recent public occurrence we can locate was a color proof that sold for $3,995 in 2015 as part of the Eric P. Newman collection.
