A perfect VF with a slight restoration that is basically invisible. This note is one of five on the bank and is the only $5 First Charter. Excellent pen signatures of Woodruff and Brewster. I can find only two offerings. This bank is a First-Charter-only bank that closed in 1878. The note previously came from Curt Iverson in December 1975.
