A lovely uncut pair of $5 Brown Backs, positions 'C' and 'D'. The census indicates there are nineteen $5 Brown Backs recorded. There is a fold between the two notes but otherwise I believe the notes to be UNC. This pair brought $5,750 in March 2009. Both notes have excellent pen signatures along with great color and originality. This is the second title for the banks and the census shows 33 large notes reported.
