Here is a wonderful note from this rare and seldom offered state capital. Currently the census includes 5 notes and this is the first of the Blue Seals. The United States title has routinely been a forbidden title but obviously too many banks used it. This note has well stamped signatures of Rogers and Hazard. In the Dustin Gibson collection this realized $6900. This bank issued only 4793 sheets of Blue Seals and 750 Red Seals.
