This is one of the most unusual serial number errors known, in that it is a result of an operator error. Rather than placing an "M" in the serial number mechanism, a "W" was used, but inverted. It is very rare and just 14 pieces are currently known. Because of the similarity between the shape of the "M" and the inverted "W", the error is tough to spot, even if someone is looking for it. Thus, I expect this error to remain rare. If you collect serial number errors, like the mismatches, this is a must-have BEP mistake.
