This unique Red Seal is from one of West Virginia's rarest banks, chartered in 1903 and closed in 1907 after issuing just 521 sheets. Fast forward 105 years and now this beauty is the only remaining note known. It has amazing pen signatures, the centering is exceptional but there are two folds.
