This unusual and rarely seen bank was poorly capitalized when it was chartered in 1919. Only a few sheets of Plainbacks were issued, plus some small notes, before the bank liquidated in 1931. Today, we can account for just four large examples and one small note. It seems all the large notes are in about the same grade. This note, although it is missing signatures, is a decent circulated example.
