PMG has graded only three notes of this Friedberg number in "67 EPQ", and has seen none finer. PCGS has also graded three pieces as "67 PPQ" and one "68 PPQ". For a major type as collected as the $10 Hawaii, that is not many notes. We sold a PCGS 67 PPQ last December for $3,910 and I would expect this precisely graded note to do as well.
