Neither this bank nor the 14000 charter institution from here turns up very often. This early charter must be considered very scarce with only three examples recorded, in spite of the addition of this new find. The last time a large note was offered was in a 1999 CAA auction. This is a pleasant, middle grade specimen with no faults. Strong stamped signatures of Milton Lutz, President and E.E. Barry, Jr., Cashier.
