This was Lot 399 in the Herman Halpern Collection. A neat red seal with the low serial #D7A. Grinnell had #D3A, the only other low number we know of in Gem UNC. As pretty a note as one could wish for from the second sheet printed. Previously part of the James W. Thompson Collection, Part II Stack's March 12, 1991 (Lot 1886) per Stack's Lot 399.
