This is a lovely Red Seal Hendricks note that is 1 of only 13 examples listed as UNC from the 185 serial numbers recorded. Only four are graded '65' by PCGS or PMG and this note is one of two graded '64 PPQ'. I believe this is a very underrated type that is just not available. I cannot find a sales record of any example '64' or better since 2010.
