Grade: PCGS Gem New 66 PPQ
If you have read my cataloging for very long you will understand that $20 FRBNs in uncirculated condition are at the top of my underrated varieties group. PCGS says they have graded six UNCs but the serial number census indicates only three known. This note is not in that census either. Currently tied for finest graded by PCGS as a '66 PPQ' and it's amazing that now there are more. This is a great opportunity to get the best, and cost should be a distant consideration.
