I have no idea exactly how many serial #1 star notes are known or their exact grades, but I know there are not many, with even fewer being Gem. This note just happens to be from the Dallas Fed so the numeral '1' is everywhere! This pack was split a few years ago in my sale. It was a great item together, but few could absorb the cost.
