This is clearly the finest known of the 13 serial numbers reported. This variety was not even represented in the Tom Flynn Collection. I sold a PMG 40 at a very tough time in 2009 for $14,375. Here is a lovely Red Seal with great color and wonderful centering. The beauty of this note is unmistakable as virtually all known examples are heavily circulated.
