This note is completely new to the census which now shows 27 notes. This one has seen plenty of restoration and it's worn but it has a decent appearance that certainly won't be near the $100,000 + that some have brought in higher grades. A PMG Fine 15 brought $23,000 in 2007. There have been none offered since 2007.
