1863. Two pieces of scrip from this Montrose businessman who is identified only by his signature on the notes. Isaac N. Bullard was a long standing merchant in Montrose and he used these notes to make change. The notes were to be redeemed by the local banker, W.H. Cooper & Co. The 5 cent note grades AU while the 25 cent note grades VF.
