This lot contains five Fractional notes that are virtually worn out and may well be counterfeit; it's tough to say in this grade. Also included is a letter offering 1840 Bank of US notes, repos that is. Letter says preserved by John F. Bower and Prof. Hubert Park Beck, NYC. A neat Fractional story.
