January 1, 1853. one of many different styles of $5 issued by this bank. his note has an engraved payees name, and a blue overprint with serifs. The note has good margins. There is an inked "X" in the upper right that has bled through the paper and a small pinholes at the lower right. Haxby MA-130 G8d.
