April 13, 1861. A well used fractional that was issued just after the outbreak of hostilities in 1861. The featured vignette is Fort Sumter on fire! Printed on the back of a Florida obsolete from the fraudulent State Stock Bank, (Haxby FL 20 S5). This note has a couple of pinholes. Haxby SC-45 G98.
