This note, from this Wayne County bank, is the finest of the two Deuces known. Signed by C.F. Coffin, President and A.H. Blauchard, Cashier. Trimmed just a bit tight along the bottom. The note last sold in 2008 at $7,187. Here is why, this bank was only in business from 1865 to 1873 and printed just 25,000 sheets. There were 12,200 Deuces printed.
