This is one of the rarest of all $2 bills. In fact, it is likely the rarest. It has the Rosecrans-Houston signatures with blue serial numbers and a large brown spiked seal. There are only 21 examples known, including from institutions. There are just six above the VF grade. This problem free example is new to the Track & Price census.
