This note last appeared in a 1985 Memphis sale as Lot 1136. This is a fresh, original UNC small red seal Legal Tender that bears a vaniety autograph of D.W. Morgan, Treasurer of the U.S. The margins are all large with the lower one even larger. I would expect if third-party graded it would be a '64'.
