A fresh, lovely 1899 $1 Rainbow note that has excellent color and plenty of margins, although they are a bit skewed. This note has a courtesy autograph of A.U. Wyman, U.S. Treasurer, 1876, 1883-1885 to the right of the portrait. A scarce Rainbow to find autographed. This has been off the market for decades.
