This is a very rare bank note, with blue stamped signatures of A.B. and J.E. Morton, that is one of three large notes reported. This bank changed from Graham, Virginia to Bluefield, West Virginia. The only public offering of this bank was in 2003. I had both banks in Red Seals on this Tazewell County bank from the Jim Thompson Collection.
