Worthington Fractional Currency Lot Four (4) Notes

This lot contains four Fractional notes from Ezra Griswold. There are 2) 6 1/4_ notes, one 12 1/2_ note, and one 50_ note. One of the 6 1/4_ notes was printed by Griswold's son, the other three by S&G printers. Griswold ran a tavern and inn in Worthington and had many notes printed before robbers managed to run off with unissued notes from his son's print shop. Probably the most common obsolete Ohio notes available today.
