A fantastic discovery from one of the hottest collecting locales in the country. This was one of the very few New York City area banks to remain unreported in small size despite decades of patient searching by the many collectors of Staten Island notes. This was the only issuer in this tiny Richmond County community, and just a paltry $10,000 remained outstanding in 1935. With the discovery of this, the first small size note to turn up from this bank, one very astute collector will finally get to add an unreported bank to his small size New York collection.
