January 24, 1859. A counterfeit from this bank that was in Rhode Island until 1860, when a state line adjustment placed it in Massachusetts. This note has no problems, just even wear. The note features the pale red 2 protector and a vignette of a United States silver dollar and a Spanish 8 reals. Haxby RI-500, G 4a.
