A really beautiful note from this popular Jefferson County location on the Canadian border. The bank adopted this title in early 1930; just a dozen notes are reported and all of them are low grade. This is a happy exception - a lovely bright, crisp and totally original example that is easily the finest small note ever seen from this bank.
