Here is a very rare 14000 charter bank. Just three single notes are reported from this issuer (two uncut sheets are known but have been locked away for decades). This charter issued for just over one year and put out less than 1,500 notes in total. This high grade new discovery is just the second $5 note and it is quite a beauty. Just a single note from this charter has been offered at public sale in the last decade and it brought over $2,500. This note is even nicer.
