Wolka 1023-01. R-7. The Ohio Business College at Delaware was established in 1867 by J.W. Sharp and R.R. Hind. The Business Department was enlarged in 1873, and this college note was issued for use at that time. Eagle on shield left; sailor boy at right. Quite rare.
