PA-475 S10. An unusual and rarely encountered spurious issue based on an actual design. Clipper ships at full sail at center; young girl at upper left; Benjamin Franklin in frame at lower right. A Civil War era issue that clearly saw circulation. We have rarely seen these on the market.
