A neat early Ohio note! This is a remainder from the business of Ezra Griswold, Worthington, Ohio. Ezra owned a tavern and was an early Ohio entrepreneur. This note has nice paper, some embossing is still present, and there are evident purple anti-counterfeiting fibers in the paper. Issued notes are usually dated in the early 1800s
