Act of February 25, 1862, Scrip date March 10, 1862. This is a newly recorded type variety listed as Series 3-5 at the top right with the green patent date at the top left. There are 26 serial numbers recorded for the entire Fr. 148 type. This note is graded VF 20 Apparent for minor restoration but I think restoration would help this rarity. In August 2012 one in PCGS VF 20 sold for $35,938. This note has been off the market since 1997. The Lasiter Collection.
