A Richmond note from the BEP Millennium Star Set that comes with all the packaging. The serial numbers for these special notes begins with 2000 and only 9,999 of these Richmond stars were printed for the 1995 Series. The bottom edge exhibits a fair amount of oil staining that is usually found on these notes (probably caused by oil used on the cutter blades). A pretty note.
