Here is a very attractive note from one of the more elusive districts from which to obtain the popular 'numeral' type 1928 Feds. Richmond had one of the lowest printings of this type, and nice attractive notes from here have been very hard to come by. This is a nice high-end collector example that should nicely fill a hole in someone's set.
