A scarce Type 2 $20 from an in-demand Schuylkill County location. McAdoo was incorporated in 1896, and named in honor of William G. McAdoo, Assistant Postmaster at the time, and later Secretary of the Treasury under President Wilson, the same William McAdoo whose facsimile signature can be found on large size Federal Reserve Notes of the Series of 1914.
