A really lovely T-23 note despite the PCGS mentioning small splits, tears, rust, tape repairs. The orange overprint remains relatively strong and has not suffered from heavy oxidation as is so often the case. A boldly signed note with impressive Confederate era vignettes at every turn. A scarce note to begin with in this uncancelled state but even more stuff with full frame line seen on all sides. For those that never went to the Senior Prom this note has a four-digit radar serial number. Even with problems this type easily transcends the thousand dollar barrier.
