New Orleans City of New Orleans Municipality No. One $300

June 11, 1838. As stated in the previous lot, the vast majority of examples seen are remainders, and along comes this note! Issued and redeemed, and Serial #2 to boot! There are multiple interest paid statements on the blue ornate back. Pen cancelled on the front, which has also led to some ink burn. Certainly a rarity not to be passed up.
