Even though this is a two signature remainder it is a highly desirable example from this issue. The date was erroneously done as 1777 and while there is a curve of a '6' it is one of the faintest correction jobs your cataloger has seen. Signed by Dart and Wakefield and with the look of a solid Ch. CU note but for some trivial handling. Even as AUs these have been bringing several hundred dollars each and we expect a similar result here.
