This note has a good look and grades 30 Net for a tiny tear repair, only in the bottom margin. There are only 28 serial numbers recorded and this is low serial #1450. In 2011 we sold a PCGS 35 at $11,500 and we sold a '30' at $3,105 in September 2012. PMG notes: tear repair.
