A very tough note from a very scarce one-bank Vermillion County location. This was a tiny family-owned bank that had a minuscule circulation of just $170,000. Just a single large and seven small notes are reported, with the last public offering of any kind coming almost 10 years ago. Note the familial signatures of Shirley T. Catlett, Cashier and G.W. Catlett, President.
